Jock was amazing!  He listened to our ideas, gave positive feedback to make sure our goals were realistic, and went to work right away.  He and his team showed up everyday, worked hard and provided an amazing kitchen for our family on time and within budget.  He is professional, skilled, and detail focused.  I would recommend him HIGHLY!

Jock is phenomenal. The best contractor we have ever had - reliable and trustworthy - he goes above and beyond to make sure the project is completed to his high standards. Jock and his team remodeled our kitchen, a bathroom, living area and bedroom. We highly recommend him.

My realtor told me about SCFC builders, thank goodness. I am new to the area and had experienced very poor workmanship with another contractor, Jock personally returned my call and showed up when he said he would, explained why I was having electrical problems (LIGHTS going out constantly). Then he resolved it within 30 minutes. Rarity right?

Jock Beazley, or Uncle Jock as we call him, was one of the best the best things to ever happen to us. After having multiple contractors back out on us, we came across Jock and his team for our whole home remodel. Floors were replaced throughout the home, new paint throughout, a wall came down and another was widened, a fireplace was completely refaced, and the biggest change of all - the kitchen was completely gutted and redone. Jock truly has an eye for perfect finishes, and the quality of the work is more than good enough to be on one of those home renovation shows. He was able to complete this major project with a quick turnaround time, but did not cut any corners in the process. We couldn't recommend him more. Beyond just being a great contractor, he is a good man and he was a pleasure to work with.

We did a complete remodel on our main floor. Living room, dining room,den and half bath. Jock was amazing. He did everything we wanted and more. He has a grear eye for detail and offers advice to fit the space. I highly recommend SCFC homes and will use them again when we decide to do our other rooms

SCFC HOMES LLC has done an amazing job for my family. I got a my whole home redone from tip to bottom and I couldn’t have been happier with the work. My home was restored and revitalized! I would refer him to all of my friends and family. 

 SCFC Homes LLC has helped me with several projects big or small. Remodeled bathrooms, flooring and kitchens. He has done quality work and we are always happy.

Jock did a great job in making our vision come to life for our first floor remodel. He worked with us to stay within budget and communicated any changes or delays that we had. We will hire him again.

It’s hard for me to say enough good things about Jock Beazley. He took over a patio cover job at my house after the original contractor did work that did not pass inspection. He was a lifesaver. He is realistic about his completion dates and does his best to stick to schedule.  His work is high quality but more importantly, you can trust him. I now look at him as “my contractor“ for any projects I have around my house.

Jock and his team thoroughly  reconstructed and remodeled our mountain home. He had to shore up the house and level it. He replaced the outside walls. He replaced or replastered or painted all the ceilings and walls. He put down hard wood floors on all four levels and tile in all 3 bathrooms. He replaced bannisters, all interior and exterior doors and windows, His team was courteous and professional and their work was beautiful. It is years later and we still love the work they did. We were so pleased with the house that we then had him build us a new garage in the hill with plenty of storage and accessible to the house. Great workers and great results!!

ScFC did new floors in our home the flooring was 16x32 so we wanted a top flight installer and he was the floor looks like glass I was very pleased
